SERVICES

Road milling machine removing asphalt on Florida highway project

Road Surface Milling

We provide high-precision road surface milling up to 3" deep, ideal for pavement resurfacing and surface repair preparation. Our experienced crew and specialized machinery ensure smooth, clean cuts every time.

Demolition Milling

For jobs requiring deeper cuts, our demolition milling service removes over 3" of asphalt or concrete. This is ideal for full-depth pavement removal or structural replacement, using powerful, industrial-grade equipment.

Clean-Up

Our clean-up service follows behind milling operations with a skid steer (box broom) and tractor sweeper, removing debris and leaving the site clear, safe, and ready for resurfacing or inspection.

Water Truck

We supply water trucks to support dust control and equipment operation during milling jobs. This service ensures compliance with environmental standards and helps maintain machine performance on-site.

Mobilization

Mobilization covers transport, equipment delivery, and site setup for each project. Mobilization fees are based on job location and travel distance to the project site. Full pricing is included with each estimate.

Open Positions

1. Milling Machine Operator

Role: Operate large milling equipment (Wirtgen or similar) on public and commercial job sites
Requirements:
- Experience with surface or full-depth milling machines
- CDL preferred but not required
- Able to work long hours and travel for jobs
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience

2. Laborer / Clean-Up Crew

Role: Assist with site clean-up using skid steer and/or sweeper tractor
Requirements:
- Must be able to work outdoors and handle physical labor
- Skid steer/tractor experience a plus
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time available

3. Water Truck Driver

Role: Operate water truck to supply milling equipment and manage dust control
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Dependable and safety-focused

4. Semi Truck & Lowboy Trailer Driver

Role: Transport milling equipment (e.g., milling machines, skid steers, water trucks) to and from job sites using a semi truck with a lowboy trailer.
Responsibilities:
- Load, secure, and haul heavy equipment safely
- Deliver equipment on-time to various locations across Florida
- Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Experience hauling heavy construction equipment
- Strong understanding of load securing and DOT regulations
- Reliable and safety-conscious
Schedule: Full-time (occasional nights/weekends based on project needs)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
